Peg LoPresto
Peg LoPresto is a resident of Orleans where she lives with her three children and husband, Wayne, vice president of True North Financial Services in Orleans. A real estate agent for the past 19 years, she has been an associate of American Heritage since 2003, and values her affiliation with a firm whose work ethic combines diligence, fun and fair play in perfect proportion. Peg holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy with a minor in fine art. She enjoys kayaking, swimming, yoga and painting our beautiful Cape Cod landscape. |

Approximately six hundred parcels of private property lie within the bounds of the Cape Cod National Seashore.
At its creation in 1961, the National Park Service announced that it would eventually acquire a portion of the existing dwellings within its confines.
In 1985, the Land Protection Plan for the Cape Cod National Seashore was adopted, with definitive guidelines for the use of these private properties. |
